"I advised at time of booking I had a gas oven needing repair, I sent pictures to ensure it could be attended to. The repair man arrived to say he had no familiarity with my oven and proceeded to attend to the only electric part of it as could not work. Within a week I went from a loud oven to a not working oven with no warranty despite paying over $200 to have it attended to as it’s gas and they “ don’t work on gas ovens” despite taking my booking and money. I’m not sure why they accepted this job in the first place."

"These guys did a job for us replacing an induction stove top. Really good operators. Most impressed and would call on them again without hesitation."

"$110 for a 10 minutes visit to tell me to buy a new washing machine. The technician also managed to leave heavy marks on brand new tiles, no careful at all. I haven't been given a clear diagnosis, just a "it will be too expensive to fix". Better off buying a new one straight save your fee to buy a new appliance. I should have read all the 1 star reviews before proceeding."

"I have an oven that doesn't work properly. A man come out to investigate ($160 call out fee) and provided me with little to no guidance as how to proceed. When he suggested a part needed to be ordered, he called back to say his boss had thrown in the towel and not keen to proceed because we didn't have the serial number (do have the model number). When I asked which part was needed and perhaps I could source myself there was a lot of confusion. I basically paid the call out fee for nothing."

I highly recommend this service. Thanks guys! I will add I had called a number of services prior to contacting Albion, and for someone like me who knows nothing about broken down fridges. They treated me with respect and helped articulate the issues with my fridge. The other services were condescending."
