"Rang to enquire about getting a quote done for a power point installation & was told (in a polite manner but also very condescending tone) that the job was too small, their tradesmen don't have time for that, they've got people without water for farm stock, it would be a waste of their tradesmen's time to quote & do the job (which is totally understandable) but also a - "Apologies but we don't have capacity at this point in time to do that job for you" would have suffice! Definitely would not utilise this company nor their services which is a shame because I specifically called them to use a local company & saw their reviews. Maybe the receptionist was having a bad morning, we all do, but when you're first point of contact for a company I suggest you bear that in mind before speaking to potential clients like you did & questioning the importance of me requiring your services, the purchase of my house/condition, making me feel like I was an absolute waste of your time and work on a better demeanour. Although you couldn't assist me which is absolutely fine, I could have been someone who recommended your company just purely from my encounter but your first impression has lasted & frankly it was abysmal which is disappointing.
