"I was in the store, right at opening, last week while visiting Australia. I had purchased some earrings in the Adelaide store but one earring post came off. I took them in to this store. I can't remember the lady's name but she offered to replace them for me. Unfortunately these earrings are discontinued and they did not have the same ones. She offered to replace them with another pair of different earrings. She also gave me an option of having these fixed by them if I preferred. I must say, her customer service was the absolute best. In the end I also bought another gold chain and pendant from the store. She was very helpful but not pushy. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you so much!!!"
