"No service until I said we need some help with this men's item, then the woman was obliging. Decided to have another go in woman's fashion still no help or eye contact with any staff member pushed on a bit as determined to find some fashion to suit me, finally found an item and at the same time another customer found hers so we went to fitting room and tried on and helped each other with compliments and style for the occasion.while husbands sat in comfy chairs waiting for us. Found the counter to pay and get out of there after spending $300 . In no hurry to go back. Maybe that's why it is such a tiny store."

"The ladies at the makeup section are lovely. The only “negative” aspect of my experience was that there was no one at one of the counters and no signage to say that particular assistant was away on lunch break. Luckily another lady saw me standing there and offered to help at her counter (getting what I needed from the unattended one). The shop is always tidy and organised."

"Great store, amazing customer service, and overall, it does exactly what it needs to. The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is because nothing really garners a fifth star. It's a shop, and that's all. However, I would HIGHLY recommend going here for any kind of Mother's Day sale."
