"I had a great experience at this target today, we popped in to get some cushion inserts and were assisted by Hollie and Dean. Hollie very kindly went to the back to get some cushion inserts as soon as we’d asked her, and Dean was so lovely helping us at the checkouts by matching the cushions to the price advertised online. Props to Hollie and Dean"

"Hit and miss. Super disappointed in the quality of the product - scratches on The memory block and image not centred - as well as the attitude of the guy. Poor attention to detail when you consider the price of large jobs. Would not recommend."

"If I could apply a zero star I would. I attended Cairns Central store to return a dress which had the price label all intact. Was happy to receive a credit did not request a refund. Was told by a young male (customer service) that he could not refund because it was over 60 days... He decided to call the manager which he explained to her that i requested the manager which was not true. I had requested a credit. Jo the manager informed me that I could not get neither but was willing to give me a credit. I paid $60.00 but the credit would be $30.00. How does that make sense. I paid $60 and get offered a credit of $30.00. I asked her to make an exception on this occasion, but she said she could not. I had left the counter and started to walk away, and the young male yelled out to me THANK YOU AND HAVE A NICE DAY.... What horrible and appalling behavior is that.... you have an unhappy customer, and you treat her with that type of sarcasm.... how unprofessional. I can also add that the manager Jo was at no time sympathetic or apologetic, right from the beginning she looked like she did not want to be there and definitely was unprofessional and rude the whole time. A manager should be sympathetic. Her whole demeanor was horrible. I am not sure where she received her managerial skills from. I WILL BE TAKING THE MATTER FURTHER AND MAKING A COMPLAINT TO FAIR TRADING ABOUT THIS MATTER TO RECIEVE THE EXTRA $30 I PAID. IN THE MEANTIME, I WILL STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. P.S. just read another review about the manager being rude. Why does that no surprise me...."
