"Coffee machine group head was not holding pressure. They charged 125 to look at it, then we didn't hear from them for 2 weeks. When I called to follow up, it had been looked at ages ago and they hadn't bothered to contact me. They couldn't find anything and said it was working fine. I picked it up (no refund) and trialled the machine the moment I got home. Same issue, first try. Upon talking with a colleague he suggested changing out the seal which solved the issue in 5 mins for less than $20. Awful service - don't bother"
