They were very unprofessional with all the dealings I had. At one stage I was waiting on a response on a property application and was told they were in no rush. Would not recommend them at all."

"Unreachable. Keep getting told everything has to be in an email or it doesn’t exist. Then emails don’t get followed up for months. They told my older mother who took over our lease she has to ‘get with the times’ as they don’t have the time to explain how to attach a photo of a burst water pipe out the front to an email to report it. Absolutely disgusting."
