"It's not a bad place to stay! The rooms aren't super wheelchair friendly - there are little lips into doorways. Location was good - the river is beautiful and close enough to shops. They have a vending machine on site, too. Staff were accommodating! I would have appreciated them offering me a lift to my room upon arrival, though - I was wearing heels, had a lot of luggage, and was placed in the furtherest room! I'd consider staying here again."

"The reception staff when we checked in were a little unfriendly and appeared to be uninterested. One of the staff didn't even acknowledge my daughter and I when we entered the office. We all have tough days, but it costs nothing to say "hello". However, further interactions with the facilities after hours service and reception were excellent. The apartment was very clean and functional and located well to our convention facilities. There is a fair bit of traffic noise from the main thoroughfare that runs past the apartments, but it didn't interrupt our sleep."

"Not sure about facilities however managers are helpful. Today (5 June 2023): they first allocated me an apartment that is very noisy (bedroom next to busy highway and thin glass window allowing extensive traffic noise). The manager agreed to change. The 2nd apartment is very nice and one of the bedrooms is quiet on the riverside. However lift is not working consistently (sometimes dose not seem to stop at the entry level: 3pm did and 5pm did not). As reception closes at 6pm, it is a worry to be trapped in elevator with no help; long flights of stairs is an option however it felt unsafe to travel alone up and down several floors of stairs if late in the night. The manager is honourable and promised full refund (995 AUD for 5 nights)."

"Well appointed and friendly. Nice and clean. Well equipped with full sized fridge, oven washing machine etc. Comfortable beds and seating. The balconies overlook the river and the riverway walk which is a credit to Townsville. The rooms are well soundproofed with air con and overhead fans. Secure undercover parking. Walking distance to shops, fast food and public transport. Free public pools a short walk along the riverway walk."
