"Leather started peeling within 1 year of purchase. Terrible quality. Was told it was my fault and that I didnt clean it enough. I used their terrible cleaner often as per warrenty instructions."

"From the first time we stepped inside the showroom, we were greeted with friendly staff. All the furniture on display looked amazing. Bob was helpful in telling us what items were in stock, and how long it would take for our new leather lounge. Lucky for us it was available in 3-4 weeks, the day we were moving into our new home. Bob and Shez responded to my email enquiries quickly to confirm pick up day and delivery day. We were able to organise collection of our smaller items (coffee tables and bedside tables) easily. The warehouse staff were very friendly. When our larger items were delivered, they arrived on the scheduled day and time frame and assembled with care. Our new furniture items look and feel fantastic. Overall service has been great."

"We have purchased 2 leather suites from this company over a period of 8 years.. 1st one at a cost of approx $5000.. after 3-4 years we got a credit note as the padding and shape kept collapsing.. we must of had them out about 6-7 times over that period to sort it, but they couldn’t… So with the credit note we purchased another suite and put the extra $2-3000 towards it.. This has now past its best… we have had them out possibly 5-6 times to sort out the padding collapsing in the foot part when it reclines.. they actually cut the material underneath re-padded it then glued it.. the glue gave way so they came out and stitched it - now the stitching has given way… So in all we have spent approx $8000 and have now given up… We are not big people 75kg and 60kg with no children or pets to bounce on them and damage them.. Terrible terrible products with inferior workmanship… highly recommend against shopping at any Nick Scali… Further to the story Nick Scali are now refusing to repair the previous repairs that they did less than 12 months ago.. saying the sofa is now out or warranty…. Not one reply from them on any negative comments I see.."

I love going into their showroom at Domain and seeing the combinations of furniture, lights and other stuff they've put together. Can't quite afford to splash out there but so many great ideas. They let me take some pics to put on here as long as I took the prices off :)"
