"Snooze have been absolutely awesome to us. My partner and I had a warranty issues with a particular mattress, which was promptly replaced after 6 months. The replacement mattress also had problems, and without issue Rob and his team arranged a further replacement, this time for whatever mattress we wanted. We gladly upgraded to a more expensive mattress which is better suited to us, and we were charged nothing extra. Excellent customer service, genuinely trying to help us find the right mattress. Very happy indeed!"
