The Lady who installs the car seats was amazingly helpful in picking one out, going through all the the options, installation and how to use the car seat. We had another wonderful experience with a different Lady in the Prams area and can highly recommend getting a car seat, pram and getting the car seat installed here. We'll be back for sure."

"I wouldn't recommend buying any technology from here. All issues get referred to the manufacturer, which for Kodak is particularly bad with a different time zone and slow communication. We've been left for over a week over Christmas without a working monitor for an issue that fairly obviously will result in a replacement. Went to the register, gave my Wife's number for our account as always we have credits from a New pram I purchased last week, I didn't ask to use them but she proceeded to confront me fiercely stating I couldn't use them... I didn't argue I blankly said, I don't care about the points I'm buying this for my son giving the details of our account that you asked me for... She proceeded to State " you can get charged for using her account, my response... "I can get charged by my wife? For purchasing things for our son? With every single purchase on the account under my bank card? She was rude and disrespectful. I'm planning on lodging a formal complaint as a few days prior my wife witnessed her causing hell to a pregnant couple who wished to cancel a pram order that they had not yet received because they were gifted one at a baby shower telling them that even though they did not receive the pram they can't get their money back.... B***s***, you can return items... Especially when they haven't even been received consumer rights She told them to ask for the reciept of their gifted pram to exchange the one they received as a present just so her order for the pram she no longer needed wouldn't get cancelled Disrespectful Horrible customer service It's always been a good experience at baby bunting but this woman o with I knew her name is just a Negative face on sucha positive company."
