"Very run down photos very misleading. No one there to meet or greet. No covid check in. Suroundings peaceful but very disappointed on our first stay at Mt Tamborine. No fridge in room shower, door stuck. Very dusty. Thought we were in a movie waiting for the grim reaper to appear. Very poor standards."
"Absaloutely zero customer service. No replenishment of toilet paper. We had to go in search of our own. The place is going to ruin with overgrown weeds in gardens . At $250 a night we will not be back. I don't normally give poor reviews, but this property could be of the best on the mountain with those views. It was clean enough."
"I wish the photos would be changed in the website and Google because they not even close to what you get and the garden is not taken care of, there is no breakfast provided or even wanting to enjoy the view from the deck. Will not be coming back unfortunately, the mattress was horrible and the lady that greeted us didn't even speak any English. Was suppose to have a bar fridge in the room and didn't get one for $210 a night it's not worth it at all. It need a bit of updating and needs someone to care about the place."

"We had our wedding here, it was absolutely wonderful. I don't even know what to point out as 'average' because there wasn't anything like that! Further more, the chef is a real professional and made some of the best food I've ever had. Would absolutely recommend this cafe/restaurant."
