"I went there to cut my hair but change my mind to do full package of 12 foils ,Color, treatment . The lady who attended me seem to be least interested to do my hair. The way of giving service , approaching to other Australian clients were different comparing to me. She only shows me just 2 colours and I need to choose among them , no options, at end I get undesired colour. She also cut my hair short to the neck line(wavy hair) and charge me for medium not sure about the length guideline. After colour she did not give me any information about treatment , shampoo and service that I required after applying bleach . No client card after the service I received for feedback. Yes she is the lady with blue highlight on front hair.Horrible experience,felt very uncomfortable to be there during the process. Never ever go there you won’t get good service after paying huge money Thanks Grace."
