"Love kmart as a whole but hate how the layby/returns department doesn't answer the phone. My husband goes to pick up my click and collect because the day got away from me. They then don't want to ley him collect but had they answered the phone, I would of given authority and saved the hassle. It rang for 7 minutes continually. I understand they get busy but if people are calling, there's usually a reason. It doesn't go to the switch to give option to speak to someone else. Just keeps ringing."

"I didn't shop at Kmart for many years for no other reason than BigW. I will not shop at BigW any more as they are owned by Woolworth's. I have fallen in love with Kmart again. Kmart's products are reasonably priced which is important these days. The quality of the products are satisfactory as well & what's not to love about a lay-by system. The Kmart company also completely honours it's refund policy."

"Once bitten, twice shy. Management of this particular Kmart store needs to review their throughput policy. Kmart came up with the grand idea to move checkouts to centre of store, then reduced staff and introduced self serve checkouts. The resulting queues from this "brainiac" idea were and still are ridiculous. You would think that would be enough but on my arrival at the store today the queue to get out of the store was beyond ridiculous! Not only do you wait in a long queue to purchase, you now have to queue to have your receipt scanned so you can leave. What an absolute joke. Total opposite definition of good customer service. I left the store with no purchases and will never return. Kmart BP you are a joke!"

"Shelves stocked well didn't have to wait long in queue new lines in store if you love camping a heap of camping products and has Afterpay in store. Had to add to my review what's happening to the trolleys everytime I go there no trolleys I ask the lady who checks bags she just said I know really you know there is no trolleys or you just don't care and the trolley bay is filthy so is where you sanitise your hands overflowing with filthy wipes and other rubbish when I brought it to a staff members attentions she just said where I showed her and she just grinned and said ok but but after doing my shopping still no trolleys and filthy sanitiser Bay not a great look K Mart manager and again trolley bay filthy today same as hand sanitiser and trolleys in front of fire escape"
