"Started off great but even though we booked an appointment, we were rushed through all services. Although some of the technicians did a good job, some didn’t do a good job for my mom and we had to get it fixed. I was really excited after reading reviews to go here but very disappointed for the service received after taking the time to book and spending so much money. It was far from relaxing, a stressful experience at best with them rushing us through all of it."

"The girls here are beyond amazing and make you feel relaxed just by them greeting you as you walk in the door. Not only is the salon magnificent and is probably one of the cleanest and most beautiful salons I’ve been to in a very long time - but it makes yu feel luxurious when just going to take a seat. The professionalism and precision that they all do there work to and that they are thorough as well. I will recommended these lovely ladies every day of the week if yu are looking for somewhere to feel like a million bucks and walk away feeling the same way!! I can’t wait to go back to try there Nail Art and Ombré services haha! :)"

"I felt very welcomed originally and I had my son with me; it was no issue. He started acting up so I got him picked up… Hense why I wasn’t going to make anymore of a fuss in the salon. The ladies were lovely, the one who did my shaping took her time and killed it!! But my nail art lady was intimidating and honestly I was too scared to speak up now because until I’ve come home I’ve and realised how rushed a job she did the nail art. It’s uneven, one coat, and honestly nothing like what I asked for when I walked in. Not to mention the second nail art, the tips.. they aren’t even the same colour as the rest of my set! They are very precise in there which is awesome! and fairly priced but unfortunately I won’t be coming back after todays first and only visit )):"

"I’ve tried every nail salon in browns plains but this salon by far is the best! I will return and spread the word! Owner is welcoming, even offering refreshments free of charge. To go to the trouble of putting ice and a lime in a glass is great Customer service. Salon is clean and I love that they use covers in the pedicure spa to ensure no one will ever get any sort of infections. My lady was lovely and made good conversation with me. Thank you for caring about your customers, see you soon!"
