"My Mother was ignored by the staff member, who found rifling around the counter and fiddling with bits and pieces far more important than a waiting customer. My Mother wanted to buy some items and stood politely waiting for the salesperson to acknowledge her, or at least make eye contact with her, but she didn't, so Mum eventually left. Mum didn't want to interrupt the salesperson's very important activities. (This should be a Zero star.)"

"I have put off buying my bras for months as the thought of being fitted etc was all too much but I was treated with respect and the lovely Pauline got the fit straight away. The experiences was soo good im recommending all my girlfriends that need to be fitted go to Bras n Things at Browns Plains. Thankyou for excellent service xx"

"Would give 0 stars if possible. Tara the manager needs to be retrained in customer service, don't belittle your customers and condescendingly blame them when they say an item doesn't fit!!! Treat your customers with respect and dignity not hostility and don't be surprised when a customer stands up to your rudeness. Respect is not given just because you say so, it works both ways. Went to the Brookside store the next day instead and spent my money being treated appropriatley, was not going to spend it so Tara gets her KPI targets and commission when she did not deserve it. DO BETTER!!!"

"Went in with a friend yesterday and today to look at some cute sets. Yesterday had one of the best experiences I’ve had in that store in my time of going there, however today was treated atrociously by Ivana while trying on some sets. We were pestered about what we did and didn’t want to buy, my friend was pestered over a red garter belt that she had to try on because, for what we can only assume, is because someone else wanted it, we understand that there are other customers in the store and it’s not just us but pestering a PAYING customer to hurry up is appalling! It has been rare that I have had a good experience in this store and I have been coming here since I was 15. Not to mention that while I was paying she ran off to “grab the other items” after I had asked the other lady working if I could put them back on the rack to go back onto the shelves as I did not want to purchase them at this time, then proceeded to ask me about my friend and if she was purchasing anything today, I said yes she is just deciding which one she would like to get as she hadn’t quite made her mind up between two sets, after I had paid she walked over to my friend and in a condescending manner “are you going to buy those ones now, can I put the ones you’re going to purchase behind the counter?” Again we understand that stealing is a thing as we both work in retail, but the tone and actions taken made us feel like we were criminals"
