"I phoned on my way to ask if they had my prescription on file. They did. I walked in and they put it in my hand! Such service! The longest part was the walk to the counter and then out of the door!"
"First time and last time visiting here. I'm Hypoglycaemic and was waiting a long time for my script. Started to feel an episode come on and began to feel unwell. Ran down to the front counter as already had items to purchase. As I was in a bit of a panic I could only find sugar free lollies and chocolate at the front. I asked the woman who served me if they had any snakes or Jelly beans or sugar lollies. Totally ignored me and ran up my other items and said tap your card. I asked again and she the proceeded to speak to someone else regarding some glasses and just ignored me. Felt like I was a burden on her and indicating where the lollies are was to much of an effort. But I mean it was to much of an effort for her to even be polite or crack a smile. Thank fully noticed there was another Pharmacy further down. They were more than happy to help me and greeted me with a smile and concern. My advice is spend the extra few dollar further down at the Pharmacy near the doctors. Much friendlier and show care towards others."

"I went to get an over the counter medication for a diagnosis I received from the hospital during my pregnancy a couple of weeks ago (couldn't treat as I have been in recovery), and when going to purchase it this morning, I was then told by your pharmacist that she would not be able to give me anything for the treatment, because my symptoms didn't sound like the diagnosis I had been given. I was refused the sale of treatment that I required, because your pharmacist didn't agree with the symptoms, regardless of my test results. Unprofessional and condescending manner and tone, honestly just disappointed that this happened."
