"Went there to do some printing and no body wants to help, we to the desk and told we will come when we can, 30 minutes later , then needed help with printing photos and still no help, we will be there when we can. So I just left the store. So people need help with technology but know one wanted to help. Will never be back here for anything."

"Just spent 20 minutes trying to upload photos to print through the self serve kiosk. When the whole thing froze up and I lost all my work, the staff "helpfully" told me I could just try one of the other kiosks. No. Here's my suggestion, get equipment that actually works, and staff who will actually assist the customer. Won't be back. Edit: just got the exact service I was wanting at Kmart. Their machine actually worked, was much simpler to use, and from walking in to walking out with my photos took 5 minutes."
"I like this Officeworks store as it is open and well lit. I have been here a number of times. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable in their area. The store can be very busy, so you may have to wait for someone to become available. But nice range of services and products. The store is well set up and it is generally easy to find what you need. There is a small self-service photocopying and printing area. The Print and Copy centre is excellent. The checkouts are well manned and lines move quickly. There is a drop off zone in the foyer to recycle your old pens, phones, cables, computers, etc. Great for the planet."
