I left the store just then feeling very judged, the lady with grey hair hovered over us like we were going to steal something, then tried to push the discounted shoes onto us like we are poor or something, which I can assure you we aren't and most definitely make more money than the lady that owns this store."

"Came to the store Sunday, travelling back to Sydney from Ulladulla we decided to drop by and buy some crocs. The customer service was horrible and unprofessional. The ladies that assisted me gave me the wrong size as i specifically told them i need a 38/39 but kept forcing a 37 on me. Left the store without purchasing anything. The ladies are so in your face and don't really allow you to explore and browse the styles. Disgusting service !!!!"

"I came into the shop super excited as I don’t have a crocs shop near my house but would like to purchase a pair online due to the discounted prices that they don’t have in the store. The old lady with short grey hair came and helped me to find my size in the colour I desired, I tried them on and then put them aside as I just needed to get the sizing and NOT BUY THEM. The old lady muttered something under her breath and then continued to say in a disgusting tone “well that’s great” when I got up to leave and claimed that “I can’t do that here” I am extremely disappointed in the customer service of this shop. SHOPS like this are made to try on and see if you like it you don’t necessarily have to buy something every time. This was absolutely appalling and I will be letting all my friends near by know to not go into the shop here EVER!"
