"Came here on the weekend and waited in the queue for 20 minutes to pay for something. Gave up and came back on a weekday and ended up waiting in a queue for another 15 minutes but it wasn’t busy. Turned out the people at the counter was getting everyone to download the nike app to get 10% off hence the queue. Why not get everyone to download it in advance?! Or ask people downloading the app to stand aside and finish off while they serve customers who were ready? Anyway, many ways to handle this but none of which have been adopted by Nike. I would recommend you avoid this place unless you’re happy to sacrifice time and quality."
"Had a wonderful experience in store and thanks to Marie who went above and beyond and she was very friendly. She helped me sign up to the Nike club and she was patient. Good to see great customer service in a very busy store!"
"Has good deals only down fall is at checkout cashiers tell the customer to download the app for 10% discount which in return prolongs the checkout for 10-15min even longer for those who aren’t tech savvy. This should be relayed to the customer when they first walk in not at checkout and make the line really long. Overall good store"
"I get most of our shoes here as they have low prices. Follow their social media to be updated with big promotions. If you get lucky, you can score additional 40% discount storewide during special sales. You would know there is one as the lines outside the store is crazy. They would sometimes have limited edition shoes on the shelves at a factory outlet price. Also, dont forget to check the clearance wall at the back for even discounted shoes. Tip: ask their staff if you can't find your size in the boxes, as they have a hand-held device to check stock availability. Nike Factory Store is in the ground floor and is the first one from the entrance coming from the parking."
