"Coles can you please check and remove your expired products of the shelves . I bought today cherries which was $7 pre packed and the best before date was of 12th august , it was expired 2 days ago luckily I saw the date while I was still in the car. It’s a hassle when you are in the rush and pick up something that’s passed there due date and half rotten inside . Not the first time that I have picked up the product that have passed the best before date but are still on your shelves ."

"If I could give minus 5 stars I would. This store is just a token shop and an insult to its customers. First they scrapped the butcher, then the deli and now the staff. They expect you to self check out, which is fine if you’re not buying much but I fill a trolley, which makes it impossible to do on your own, especially when register errors come up and then you have to wait for the attendant. It actually ends up taking longer. More staff have lost jobs and yet prices never come down. There’s also less variety of products on offer. We used to prefer shopping at Coles but we’ve switched to Woolies Mt Annan or Spring Farm as they’re always better stocked and still have humans manning the registers. I doubt this store will be around for much longer and the greedy directors will wonder why."

"I really dislike the new set-up at the store. There are no more register operators to scan your groceries. I will now only shop there if I have 10 items or less to buy. But I will certainly try and avoid shopping there. Such a shame. They used to be such a good supermarket. So disappointing to see them put profit before customer service."

"After having shopped at Coles Mt Annan since they opened it is now time to look elsewhere. Since closing the butcher and now the deli section, the selection of meat is now very ordinary. Not to mention everything is prepacked in lots of plastic. My most recent purchase of meat saw a lot of fat being hidden between the layers which is not obvious when the meat is shrink wrapped. 1kg steak ended up being 600gm of usable meat. If you want more than 100gm sliced meat, well you will need to buy multiple packets. The new layout is horrendous. When something has worked for 14 years why upend the entire store? Not just one or two sections have moved, but most non-refrigerated products have been moved. And through all of this, staff have been laid off and the checkouts are now a ghost town. I had a choice of self serve or express aisle for my latest (full trolley) shop. Very disappointing."

"Have been shopping at the store since it opened. This new layout is horrible plus now very few checkout's where Coles serve you.....they want you to do your own checkout. Too bad if you have a full trolley load, you are pretty much on your own. Will only shop there if I need something in a hurry,"
