"Phone service is terrible, I understand you’re busy - however a bit of patience would be appreciated. My call was abruptly ended with a sly comment and “thanks for calling”. The call only took 3 minutes of your time, you could be a bit more considerate and watch how your tone. Birkenhead point service is so much better."
"Despite being such a renowned brand its very frustrating to be served by such unprofessional staff. I was running late to enter the store and was willing to buy something for the fathers day. Although it was only 2 mins over the store's usual trading hours, I was treated very badly by one particular lady staff and was told to leave the store in a very rude way. I was about to get to the checkout anyway and I do not see a point of such attitude. This is one of the worst experiences I have had in a store in my whole life. I understand everyone leads a busy life and how difficult it is to be working on a busy Saturday. But such behaviours are very frustrating and unexpected."

She then told me what would a few dollars difference make and ignored me and continued to process the items.
