"I used this Taxi service twice. The driver is super nice and kind too. If you need a taxi around Huon area(and maybe further) I highly recommend this. And the fee is very fair too. A lady who takes booking on the phone was nice as well. I saw some bad reviews below but I'm pretty sure it was long time ago when they had another driver. But anyway I've got a lot of help by this taxi driver, in a rainy day and today for my moving stuff. Thank you so much for the nice service."
"We pre-booked a return taxi from an event attended close by Huonville. It was agreed upon at drop-off that we would meet at the same drop-off point at a designated time for pick-up. We also pre-paid for our return trip. An hour after our designated pick-up time, still no one had shown up - whilst we are freezing cold. No one answered the phone when we called multiple times. The driver also made racist comments throughout our first trip. Absolutely appalling service."
"I’m only giving you one star because there is no lower option. We had 2 cars booked to pick up 8 people late at night from a venue near Huonville, they didn’t arrive and when we tried to call the phone had been switched off which left us stranded. Hopefully Uber makes it to Huonville soon and runs you usesless barstards out of business."
