"The estimator who called in several times to adjust our volumes in Hobart was very friendly and put us at ease. The teams that came to do the removal in Hobart were great, they were happy to help us with whatever we asked. They packed our oversized and awkward items really well. The delivery team in Canberra arrived promptly and were very capable, they made moving in day much less stressful. Half our load got caught up at the railhead but the team kept us informed and organised prompt delivery once the container was mobile. Thanks"

"We were told when we contracted for services that our belongings would be transported usually within 2 to 3 weeks of pick up. After waiting 4 weeks I contacted them to find out where our stuff was only to be told it hadn't even left Hobart and surprisingly would be leavi g that day. I was not told of any delay during this time only to be given the excuse that they couldn't fill a container and that our goods could wait indefinitely until that occurred. Poor service. We were also told that our car would be transported on semi with protective skirts around the truck to protect against stone chips. This did not occur and the transport company have no such thing."

"The front line section ie in Tasmania, were really great . Amanda was so helpful. The pick up guys were great too. BUT, between Tasmania and Queensland something went wrong.... The person from Qld contacting me, when delivery was to happen was good, and the guys delivering put it on my back porch, as I was out, and they were running a bit late, that was okay too. We know that things sometimes don't run smoothly. I was disappointed that my "proper" packing boxes were torn, opened, retaped and crushed. The fragile box was clearly labelled, but rifled through, it seemed to me. I've used Alliance before, and it was well past my budget, but times change. I guess I was disappointed with lack of care in the handling, and I don't know who would be responsible for that"

"Removal costs were quite expensive, the team that turned up in my residence in Tasmania didn’t know they actually had a removal job, and kept mentioning a delivery on the phone. The team however were polite. The team in Victoria were fast and efficient and polite. No damage was done to any of my furniture. I wouldn’t use Allied again in the future."
