"This place is located in a fantastic location and the exact place for a conventional men's haircut. I always opt for traditional barbers for a feel-good factor ending with a clean neck shave, making my haircut routine complete and walking out of the barber shop "smart". I shall first talk about good things. As I said, the location is fantastic. The place is very spacious, with big waiting sofa. However, when it comes to service, the team needs to understand that most patrons are getting their hair cut or beard trimmed between chores (and for someone like me, I take a short break from working from home and dash for a haircut). This morning (my first visit to this place) the team was busy chatting amongst themselves in the middle of my haircut. I was feeling awkward sitting with my head bent down waiting for the bloke to finish with my haircut. This conversation went on for few minutes and I had to let him know that I am in a hurry. I feel I shouldn't remind them that the customers don't want to listen to your conversation or can be done during your lunch break. Looking on the bright side, if they used the same time looking after the customers who are waiting for their turn, their revenue increases (not exponentially though). In summary, the barbers at this place need to respect the time of the customers and finish the job as soon as you can and efficiently, without getting prompted to hurry-up!"
