"Terrible customer service and return policy. Had a ring transferred from another store which I had my husband pay for and pick up, as he happened to be going to Orion the afternoon they phoned to say it had come in. Unfortunately, when I got it home and tried it on, it was too big. When I asked to exchange for a size smaller, I was told it would be an 8 week wait. Mistique would not refund the ring and told to go to an actual Pandora store to try to negotiate an exchange. My husband should have been told at point of sale that returns would not be accepted and knowing this, I would have come in to try on the item before purchasing. Very deceptive and disappointing."

"Quoted for minor repairs. When collecting it was "unfortunately" just slightly more than double the verbal quote that I received the day of dropping it off. I couldn't get a written quote on the day as all jewellers had Covid apparently, so someone would "be in touch" I was told. So no phone calls to confirm new price. No mention of new price at all, told the job was done and come collect it in a voicemail. Found out the "new" price when I was there collecting. Planned to purchase another ring as a present for my niece but yeah, no way will I support such a scam company anymore. Buyer Beware."

I chose one that needed to be upsized and was talking to Steve the jeweller who does this and he was happy to have it done by Saturday. Steve you upsized a ring for me on the same day.
