"I like Lovisa bec of its cute jewellery and great prices and deals. The workers r nice and friendly as well as helpful. But tho at times they seem to have a little troubles to handle things. 2 weeks ago I went on Saturday and there was only one worker doing 2 diff jobs (cashier and piercing) and there were a lot of customers which made it harder for the worker but overal I really like it"

"I wanted to share my recent experience with the Springfield store regarding piercing. I booked my 16 year old daughter in for Friday 16/6 afternoon to get her nose pierced. It was her birthday same day as this was a birthday present. Short backstory: she currently suffers from extreme depression and anxiety verging on suicidal tendencies. The only thing she has had to look forward to is getting her nose pierced. She has very little joy in her life at present so this was a huge deal. We arrived Friday for her appointment to be told the piecer had gone home sick. I was meant to get a phone call, I did not. I understand when people are unwell, and if they had called me I would have been able to rearrange my plans. But they did not, and my daughter had to hold it together in the middle of the shop which as you can imagine is very difficult for her. This is not my complaint. My complaint is that we rebooked for the next day Saturday 17/6. We arrive and are informed the piercer is still off so we are cancelled again. The manager apologies and says “if I had of known you were booked I would have called you”. Sorry I’m not accepting this. My name is in the book and we were not the only booking for the day so I refuse to believe she did not know we were booked. I’m sure for other people this would be disappointing but for my daughter this was next level emotions that she could not handle. I’m not saying this is anyone else’s fault but come on, anyone would have been extremely disappointed having arrived for an appointment twice in a row to be canceled twice with no notice. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat customers I just cannot understand how you can operate like this. I will not be back. Ever. And I will ensure others are aware to steer clear. I am also aware that one customer boycotting a store means little to the company. I would like this to be a learning opportunity to improve the future experiences for others. I would hate to think anyone else would be put through such personal disappointment, whether they are able to process it or not. Get better Lovisa."

"I got both of my ears pierced and so did my little sister, I only had trouble with the person not being able to login it up properly from a vary skakey hand, but my little sister on the other hand. When the lady pierced her ear, she did it wrong which led to the gun and piercing getting stuck and jammed while in my sister ear, we had to spend almost an hour trying to fix it and while we were fixing it the lady kept tugging on it which made her ear split more then it should of, now after we had gotten the gun off, we had to take her to the hospital to get the actual eating out and to get her ear stitched as the was a big hole in her love, it got infected and she had to ear the stitches for over 2 weeks, she was in prep aka 5 years old, and the lady didn't get fired eventhough she caused my 5 yr old sister to be in so much pain because she was incompetent. And we still ha dto pay full price her both of her ears. That is just ridiculous and we won't ever be going back there."

"The store was nice, they had great sales on when we entered the store however the lady working there wasn't very emersive. She ignored all customers that entered and greeted none of them, did not even ask if we needed help. There was one lady in the store that needed help, even I could see that. However, instead of the employee asking her for help she just stared at her and went back to her work. The lady then had to go up to her and ask for help. So the prices and displays were nice, but the staff might have to work on their social skills."

"Got my ears pierced today, the staff there we so nice and comforting. I was really nervous and they distracted me with conversation. Would definitely recommend them for piercings."
