"My second time here now. The lady that did my hair this time, also did mine last time, and she was generally very good at her job. My only disappointment was when I went back yesterday, I had asked for a cut and a blow dry and I was happy with the $75 quote. But in the middle of my cut another lady asked her how long will my hairdresser be. And my hairdresser replied 25-30 minutes. Then the other lady goes 25 minutes? Okay. Immediately I knew that my hairdresser was now in a rush. Then when my cut finished, she’s like I’m just gonna do a quick blow. She dried my hair for what was probably only 1 minute. I was disappointed that I paid extra for what was a 1 minute hair dry and my hair was still wet when I walked out. Didn’t want to say anything at the time as I usually really like the way she cuts my hair and I was happy with the cut. But surely I paid extra for a blow dry to have my hair dried properly and all the way. I understand that to get it blow dried into a style (straight or curly) costs more, but if I paid for a blow dry only surely that still includes drying it until it’s fully dry?"

"Very disappointed. I visited this salon a few weeks ago and showed the lady who did my hair clear photos of the blonde I was trying to achieve. The lady told me the photos I showed her were achievable in the appointment I had that day. By the end of the appointment the whole top part of my hair was yellow and not at all close to the colour I wanted. I tried to say something to the lady to let her know I wasn’t happy with the colour and that it looked very yellow however, she tried to blame this on the salons lighting. After going home that day everyone told me it was yellow and that it was not just the lighting. I went to another salon to try to fix this and even they said the foils had bled through my roots and that the hair was very yellow. Even after having it partially fixed my roots are still very yellow and I am very unhappy with the way my hair looks and that I spent nearly $600 on hair I am not happy with."

"I got my hair done today by Em and she was so lovely and professional! She really listened to my wants and helped as best she could in my price range! Claire the manager (I think her name was Claire sorry if I’m wrong) was so helpful and professional aswell. I loved being able to walk in and get my hair done without needing an appointment, sure I had to wait maybe 10 mins but I do in most salons anyway! Would highly recommend and will be back! Both these girls are an absolutely asset to the company!!! Would give 10 stars if I could!"

"I moved to the area 5 years ago and this became my go to hairdresser until the end of last year when I had a negative experience. There was one staff member and no customers when I approached the desk and for the first time I was told to go the barbers around the corner. I told her that I have being coming here for years and have never been asked to go elsewhere. She reluctantly sat me down, made disparaging remarks about my lack of hairstyle, she was impatient, rude and dismissive. Haven't been back since..."
