"I really need to commend two Jeanswest staff today. Vanessa and Amy from the Shellharbour store served us today while Xmas shopping. We were using a Gift Card purchased pre Covid (actually 2018) and Pre Jeanswest liquidation and rebranding under a new enitity. (We had already thought the card was a lost cause as the Shellharbour Store had been closed for months so thought it lucky that the store was now reopended...) However were then disappointed to find out that these cards are no longer valid with the new company. Vanessa tried everything to validate the card and eventually called head office who after some maneuvering manually processed the sale remotely. The reason I'm commending the girls is because I had already accepted that it was no longer valid and was prepared to pay cash but Vanessa insisted that she try contacting Head Office... Above and beyond customer service in my view. Thanks Vanessa!"
