"The least helpful reception staff. They messed me around for weeks because they didn't tell me they couldn't do an ultrasound and injection at the same time so i had to come back weeks later. Weeks more in pain and I can't do mornings anyway so it was a waste of time then i had to go get another referral! Also the staff are super loud, as someone with autism and PTSD this was a torturous place to be."

Our experience We made an appointment for our 8 week old daughter for an ultrasound. This scan required that our daughter not be fed for over 3 hours before the scan. On the day we were meant to have the appointment the reception said they had to reschedule. We were fine with that as we understand sometimes these things happen. Come to our daughters appointment. My wife arrived and had forgotten her referral in the chaos of getting a hungry 8week old in the car. When she was asked if we could get a photo of the referral my wife told them we could get them on within a few minutes. This was 'too long' for them and they cancelled the appointment and wanted to rebook with my wife standing right there with a hungry 8 week old. My wife left distressed, with a hungry 8 week old knowing we now had to go through this whole ordeal again. We do not recommend this place."
"Staff have the absolute best service, wow! I accidentally forgot my referral and the ladies chased this up for me and sorted everything out all whilst reassuring me it was totally okay! I felt so bad but they were so incredibly amazing and understanding."
"Great staff, came in for an MRI scan on my knee. The referral I had from my doctor wasn't exactly worded correctly for me to be bulk billed, but the staff here still pushed the bill through to Medicare to try and get it bulk billed and contacted my doctor to amend the referral. The wait time was low and the lady who did the MRI for me was wonderful. I know who I will be contacting if I ever need scans again."
"I just want to commend the staff at the Charlestown practice where I had xrays undertaken yesterday on my left shoulder. I was in a huge rush to meet my 10am appointment with my orthopaedic surgeon at another practice when I arrived at Hunter Imaging at 9.30am, without a referral. When I explained my urgency, Renae in reception went out of her way to secure the referral and arrange for the xrays to proceed which were then undertaken by Sam the radiographer with the same care and urgency. Surprisingly, and only due to the fantastic work of Renae and Sam, I made it in time for my appointment with the surgeon. I wish a very merry Christmas to all the staff in that office. Thank you.
