"Receptionist, lovely. Dr Emily Chan, terrible lack of communication, confusing, dismissive and rude. As I tried to speak she kept jamming her fingers in my mouth, she seemed bewildered and out of her depth, like my dental issues were well beyond her capabilities. Just kept shaking her head saying "it's too late" and "too hard". When I asked her what she meant by giving my teeth "treatment" she refused to explain to me what that was or how she was going to do it and said I shouldn't be asking questions!! Gee thanks for wasting my time, confusing me, distressing me and offering no hope. I don't have over $10,000 to see an orthodontist."
