"Purchased an outdoor table and lounge set from the Bennetts Green store and was told everything was in stock and that I would receive a call the next day to organize delivery. Unfortunately that call never came. I had to follow up only to be told that the lounge set wasn't actually in stock. They did however offer to send a loan lounge. However, when this arrived all the bolts were missing. Really disappointing and dishonest about what is actually in stock. Certainly would not recommend them which is a shame because their products are actually good."
