"The most disgustingly untidy place. Staff were too busy doing other things. Walked around for about 10 minutes before being approached. There was stuff everywhere all over the place. The most unorganised stratco I have ever been in. The Campbelltown store was far better organised."

I strongly advise against considering them as a supplier. Despite our substantial investment of approximately $38,000, we have experienced a complete lack of a smooth ordering process. Our interactions with Strato have been plagued by consistent issues, including missing items, unfulfilled promises, and frustrating delays caused by their overall inefficiency. The recent purchase of a simple flat roof carport was far from simple, as it arrived with missing posts, downpipes, and end caps. These stressful experiences have led our company to terminate our business relationship with Strato. It has become evident that prompt and reliable service is not a priority for them, and we are now actively seeking alternative suppliers. Additionally, it is worth noting that Strato's head office does not address the significant shortcomings of their incompetent delivery department."

"I bought 2 decorative screens in rust from My Deal. But they were actually from Stratco. The girl from Stratco called to say the one I had ordered was out of stock. I wanted them to go horizontally and didn’t really care which ones . So long as they did not look out of place. After a few weeks I get a call from the driver in my area. But could not find my place. He had parked his truck across the road and unfortunately he was heading downhill. I was actually the other way uphill. But eventually I see this big strong guy carry both heavy screens heading towards me. I was extremely happy with his customer service, the phone call and him dropping them where I needed them Also the young girl who assisted me with picking a different one that actually looks amazing. My partner and I got them up with 4-5 hours. We now just have to plant our garden"
