"Terrible customer service! not helpful at all! Slats don't even fit! Didn't come with screws nor bolts! Didn't even get the right bed frame sides! Had to call them just to be told they'll call me back twice! Never called back! The wood/pine timber scratches the carpet! Had to come down three times! The old man was trying to give a refund for something I got purchased the day before that was confirmed they had! Feeling threaten/lucky that I saved $400 for the product I brought! I would've been better of to brought from china in a better condition than this!... Ridiculous, I don't have time for this. Save your money and time and don't bother with guys. The lady at the front desk was very nice helpful, and I feel sorry that I had to write this because she was the only good customer service I got there."
