"Extremely disappointed with the lounges we bought as the cushioning (cheap Dacron / other) and fabric used have not even lasted 6 months. The fabric has pilled and stretched and the cushioning has sagged considerably. After talking to the manager [Barbara W] in person, sending an email with pictures, and then a follow up phone call with the manager, we were basically flipped off. We were treated very poorly. The after sales support simply doesn't exist. It's a case of Lounges Plus like to take thousands of hard earned dollars from customers but don't place any importance on genuine after sales concerns which should be covered under warranty. We thought that buying Australian made was the thing to do but Lounges Plus management are very un Australian and lack professionalism and understanding. In future we'll spend our money with companies who show integrity. Don't waste your hard earned money at this store."

"Purchased a lounge awhile ago from the warners bay store. Helped by two women, sheree and Barbara (I think I have that right) who went above and beyond to assist me with measurements etc. No pressure to buy like at other stores. They stated it was something I'd want for awhile so they wanted me to love it. Went to two other furniture stores where high prices and high pressure sale tactics sent me back to Sheree and Barbara."

"Fantastic service and value. I went in seeking a recliner chair for my mum, who has dementia. There was a broad range available to suit every taste and need. The knowledgeable manager, Barbara, helped me identify a chair suitable for mum’s needs. The chair was ready to pick up the following week after fabric protection treatment. Highly recommend this store for range, value, convenience and service"

"Can't deliver on dates, have pushed back delivery 4 times now without so much as an apology. Can't keep their story straight. No response to messages. After 6 long months of waiting (double the proposed time), over 8 delays, NO communication on their end, and a pathetic price reduction (only offered after chasing down head office for an explanation), we may finally be receiving this lounge. Only after they rudely told me to pay the balance...that I had already paid to that same staff member who was calling me less than 24 hours prior. Not sure why you wouldn't check this? Staff regularly claim they are too busy to bother returning calls or keeping us updated. Barbara at warners bay store was particularly short and rude with us. I was constantly having to ask for updates on our "guaranteed delivery dates" that kept passing. Have been blocked from contacting or commenting on Facebook as obviously the truth hurts. Shady tactics. Pretty sure staff leave false, positive reviews on Google to counteract the truthful ones. Honestly not sure how they stay in business. RUN!"
