With seven mainstage shows per year, as well as indie productions, play readings, special events, working bees, and social gatherings, there are endless ways for you to get involved on and offstage.

Our 2023 season is well underway, and we are thrilled to present a diverse lineup of shows that cater to every taste. From Broadway musicals to historical reimaginings and classic murder mysteries, there is something for everyone. Before the show, you can enjoy a pre-show drink in our stunning laneway, served from our newly refurbished bar, which was completed in September '22. One of our current productions, "Servant of Two Masters," is a modern adaptation by Richard Bean of the 1746 Commedia Dell 'Arte classic. Set in 1960s Brighton, the story follows the perpetually hungry Francis Henshall, who finds himself with two employers who must never discover each other's existence. One is a notorious gangster, Roscoe Crabbe, who is in town to collect a debt, while the other is Stanley Stubbers, a man on the run after killing the real Roscoe Crabbe. Complications arise when Roscoe's twin sister, Rachel, arrives in Brighton, hoping to reunite with her boyfriend, Stanley. As Francis tries to keep his two bosses apart, he must navigate a series of hilarious mishaps involving important letters, a heavy trunk, and a simple lunch at The Cricketer's Arms.
