"This early morning my app malfunctioned and charged me for an order that did not process. (No one’s fault but the apps) I went and spoke to someone in the store and they were very friendly and did all that they could to help me. Unfortunately due to the lack of processing there’s nothing she could do to help it. Luckily the money bounced back into my account shortly after as I was advised would happen. I appreciate the good service and the efforts put into helping me, we need more people like this!!! (20/06/2023 about 6.45am)"

"I mean, it's hungry Jack's. This one is new and has schwanky toilets. That's where the positives end though. Big playground is filthy with rotten food all through it, every table has leftover food on them, windows haven't been cleaned since it opened, floor is a mess. Staff seem friendly enough at least. The only thing saving this place is that you know your going to a Hungry Jack's, so the bar is already so low you're not going to be too disappointed."

"20 min wait after ordering was getting a bit much. There were three orders that dropped off the system while I was waiting. People Coming i and complaining that their delivery never came. Front counter staff looked like they were more of a hindrance than a help and in desperate need of training. Unsure if it was new inexperienced staff or people calling in sick but this would be the second time in a fortnight where it’s been similar service Kind of felt sorry for the duty manager this evening. You could see that she was getting reamed but powering through it all and getting it done."

"Waited in the drive thru for around 40 minutes then was told chicken burger was not going to be ready for 3-4 min and had to park in waiting bay. 15 minutes later still no burger. So i went in to check and when i asked for my burger 3 people looked at each other wondering where it was!!! Absolutely hopeless!!! Apparently my order dropped off the system and no one was making my burger lol what a joke. I asked for a whopper because i was not waiting another hour for the right burger. Thanks for making my shopping in my car go hot and to top it off my whole meal was stale cold. I am So baffled as to how no one even seen my car sitting there. When i phoned and spoke with the manager she was clueless!!! Time for new management surely? Just need to look at the reviews to know that"

"The food always seems to be good, and they're not bad at getting the orders right. However, after walking into the place instead of using the drive-through, I was disgusted at the state of the place, to the point that I called the health inspector. The inspector agreed that the building was not up to par. I went back recently to see if it was any better, but it's not. It's time for a new manager."
