"I had had a really long day driving, I was exhausted Ordered takeaway on the way home in store. Food was fresh, flavoursome, beautiful and when I asked about sitting in store to take a break before continuing they happily agreed with a smile."

"Horrible. Ordered a large bowl of kung pao chicken $21.90. It literally had 5 small piece of chicken. The sauce was way too sweet as well and the noodles were drenched in it. Won't be going back."

"We ordered a fair bit tonight from noodle box in mount Barker. One dish had the wrong meat in it (chicken instead of beef), was the wrong size, another dish was missing cashews when we ordered them in the meal, instead of a serve of dim Sims we got 2. Not much flavour in any meal. We were not given the fortune crackers that come with the panda meals. The girl on the phone repeated our order which was right, but when we picked it up and got home it was all wrong. This is not a cheap place to eat from, and when we pay good money and then pay extra for things we didn't receive, it's ridiculous. This place used to be good but now there are so many complaints, I wouldn't be surprised if it's changed hands...for the worst. I'd rather drive down the hill for better food."

"Ordered two chicken teriyaki noodle boxes tonight, the chicken was nothing but grissle, not one edible piece in either bowl. I had onion in one when I said no onion and I paid $3.50 for tofu and my box had no tofu when we got home. Each box had two minuscule sized pieces of broccoli and the bare minimum of other vegetables. I called to let them know and I was very polite, I had horrible customer service, seemed like they couldn’t care less and not even a sorry. Very disappointed as my partner and I used to love going to noodle box. A waste of $50"

"This is a box of 20 tenders I ordered . Which is over $40 .. If you count them they are 11... including weird shaped pieces of batter ..and hardly chicken. My regular box of noodles appeared fine before I rang to complain..but once I started eating ... it was just packed full of weird tasting meat.. green capsicum and Celery! Beyond disappointed ! Did not eat it ! Couldn't! No cutlery either .. the girl on the phone tried convincing me she packed the order herself ..and it was definitely 20 ... NO ! SERIOUSLY NOT OK . My order was $60.45 .. for THAT chicken .. horrid box of noodles and 4 sauces . Money back is what I want . Absolutely horrendous"
