"Awesome place to stay, the owners were really lovely and I was made to feel at home. Easy access parking and a lovely, cosy room with a very comfortable bed. I really enjoyed staying there, the room was spotless, neat and tidy. Thank you for having Rosie and myself, and especially as a last minute booking. If anyone is looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Braidwood - make sure you stay at Torpys! I will definitely be staying again!!"
"We had a wonderful time on our girls weekend, we stayed in the apartment which we were aware was a work in progress but was priced accordingly. The central location, scenic outlook and historic ambience was just what we needed. The hospitality and local knowledge of the owner was beyond compare and we enjoyed learning about the history and eco workings they have in place and are continuing to work on. We were all very impressed with the covid safe measures they have in place and are still putting in place. Be sure to go down to the viewing platform at the creek to look for the platypus!"
