"Mike Mesley very rude and unprofessional argued with my mother over her old dog and acted as if she was neglecting him. At first refused to give our dog his parvovirus vaccination and walked out claiming we were wasting his time. Then came back and decided he would give him the vaccination. Overall not very impressed by the service but at least our dog got the vaccination he needed."
