"Checked in today. Woman at reception was lovely. Unfortunately the cabin is awful. The smell when we entered was overwhelmingly musty. I had to swipe dead flies off my daughters sheets. The sink in the bathroom has what looks like cigarette burns. The wifi barely works. The TV has disconnected 3 times so I turned that off. The double bed mattress is digging into me like daggers. There’s no ice in the freezer. There’s mould on the outside of the cabin. They advertised a pool but it’s closed. There’s stains on the blinds. The screen door has been bashed in so I can’t lock it. There’s weird wet stains on the roof and I have a red rash from the sheets I think. They’re making my skin itch. This place is awful"
"Great price, main let down was double bed very uncomfortable with springs able to felt through bed. Heater worked well, shower good. Hassle free check in/out"
"Absolutely amazing. The team here were always super welcoming and happy to offer advice and local insights. The park is small in terms of amount of caravan sites, as it is mostly a cabin park. For me, this was perfect as it made for a good mix of traveller's and gave an increased sense of safety. Location wise, it was quite central and very quiet, even during school holidays, there was not an excess of noise, which was surprising as kids made use if the on-site park and facilities. Overall, I would happily recommend and will return again and my next visit through that way."
"Great cabins. Very new. Very clean. Children friendly. And good value. Parking space was a bit narrow next to the cabin. And the play area had all been dug up."
"Dog’s breakfast 101. Check in process was odd, no communication between the operators and customers. Rooms were dirty, stepped out of the shower with clean feet and by the time I had walked to my room my feet were black. Bunk beds had a bottom sheet and dirty cold blanket. Single beds looked liked they were decked out from caravan seats or something a small child would sleep on at a school sleepover. Sheets were stained and looked as if they hadn’t been washed. Horrible quality for the price payed, booked a two night stay and left early in the morning after the first night. I would advise management to look over their cleaning procedures."
