"Rebecca was an incredible server! She wrapped the burrito perfectly and even suggested putting the lettuce before the meat on my rice-less burrito to stop it getting soggy."
"Poor service, didn’t know what was in a kids meal and burnt the food . Didn’t make a “BIG” burrito when I paid for a big burrito. Zambrero will remain my favourite but I don’t recommend going to the one in Dickson."
"Delicious food, enjoyed Big Burrito. Good seating arrangement, friendly staff. Definitely visiting next time here and recommending my family and friends as well. Keep up the good work. Parking space Plenty of parking options available on the front and backside."
"I was incredibly dissatisfied with my experience yesterday. I have been getting my burritos from here for years and have really noticed a change in the past year or so - and not for the better. The customer service in particular has suffered. The staff will at times talk among themselves in full view, knowing I and other patrons are waiting to be served about unrelated work topics. They won’t take care wrapping the burrito and it’s a mess when I come to unwrap it. The display cabinets are a mess with ingredients everywhere and the ingredients are low yet I see the staff standing around chatting among themselves instead of replenishing the stock levels. I came in around 6pm yesterday (Saturday) wasn’t greeted and was told they were out of beans for the next 30mins. Peak time and they weren’t prepared for service. I was prepared to continue with my order which was 3x 1/2 lamb, half pork burritos. I come to pay and see that I’ve been charged $2 for each burrito. I have never been charged for this in all the years I’ve been coming here. I disputed this and questioned why it was that I had incurred this extra charge as if I’m getting two half servings of different meats that is equivalent to one full size scoop. I would understand if the meats were priced differently or if I asked for an additional scoop but I did not and I did not receive that serving. I was told it was due to having two different meats and not to do with scoop portion. At this point I raised that given there were no beans were they going to remove that from the full price and was told no and the best that they could do was take $2 off of one of the burritos. The staff member was not confident and said that she was afraid she’d get in trouble if she did anything more. To make matters worse, I am a 5min drive and found a hair in one of the burritos and found them to be barely warm. Really poor experience and customer service!"
"This was the worst experience I have ever had, hygiene was a huge problem, staff were using their hands with gloves on for everything including using the till and not changing so cross contamination was a big problem, Staff also didn't know what ingredients were supposed to be in our order , VERY disappointed nothing was eatable Nachos even had lettuce in them , everything tasted horrible, Staff were also quite rude, I know places are struggling for Staff at the moment but this was beyond just being short staffed ,these pictures were of our Nachos and our Quesadilla"
