"The good: Ample car park & convenient to Dickson shops. Thats about it. Poor: during my stay, I was in multiple rooms. The first room I was assigned was worse for wear. The couch was completely broken, the spa bath was missing parts and had stains. I never use the jets because I feared what would be in them. The entire apartment was worn and unclean. In my first several days there I received a sheet with a huge hole in it, which was not ever replaced. I was given a second room because the manager was not in the mood to deal with anything, and wanted to go home. The final room was the cleanest however, there was a mold in the washer , the comforter and linens had a massive brown stain on them. All the units over in appeared to have not been vacuumed and quite a long time. Lastly if you are hearing impaired you can only use the TV in the bedroom because the TV in the living room does not allow for subtitles."
"Extremely unhappy with this hotel. From service to the rooms, i would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I was woken up at 9:30pm one night to see a male who invited himself in, standing in the living space of my room. To say this is extremely poor and an extreme breach of privacy would be an understatement. I have never been to a hotel where "room service" brings themselves inside of the room, even after i hadn't answered the knocks and my room had the "do not disturb" light on. Being 9:30pm and being a single female occupant in, the frightening factor behind being woken to an unknown male in your apartment is absolutely ridiculous. The reception tried to tell me i had ordered a blanket, that being untrue as i was asleep. He then said it was mistake and was quite rude to me. I honestly cannot believe the way the reception handled speaking to me and i just cannot believe the safety breach and the privacy breach this hotel has demonstrated towards me. The reception worker i spoke to had the audacity to offer me a "late checkout" as compensation. Absolutely ridiculous."
"This apartment location is great, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The parking is AUD 15 per night, you can pay and get your access card when you check in. You only have to swipe the card when you enter the parking space. Recommended to pay for the parking, it’s better than park your car on the street even tho this is a safe area."
"The first room we entered , was absolutely filthy we complained and they did upgrade us however the cleanliness of the room was terrible fingerprints on all the sliding doors dust on coffee tables hand prints on tv pubic hair in spa bath was so gross and the mattress was so old it was all indented in the middle the quilt had no cover and was stained Yelp, the pillows were very old and floppy it was disgusting hair on ceiling of bathroom , dust all over toilet walls not a good impression and it ruined our stay. The apartment itself was nice and it had a nice view at least but would not stay there ever again. The most important thing for a hotel is it’s cleanliness and the comfort of the bed this place failed in both."
"Very happy with the apartment since we arrived yesterday evening. All facilities as advertised are available and we got a room on a high floor as requested. One complaint however... last night we visited the Atrium Bar but missed the Happy Hour due to our arrival time. Visiting the bar again this evening, within the Happy Hour period (Thursday 13 April) after reading the TV Welcome screen message, which indicates the Happy Hour (Monday to Friday) offer between 4 to 6pm of a Schooner of beer at $4 and a glass of wine at $5 - but this is not available at the bar. A disappointing experience which nobody at the Atrium appears to be aware of the pricing information being given out in black and white by the Adina Serviced Apartments, or taking a decision to offer at the price quoted. Interestingly enough, the message has changed this morning - but we were still charged more than the displayed prices last night at the Atrium Bar."
