Reviews
"I have been going to this clinic for 12mth and have nothing but praise for the ladies on reception. Also the nurses that help the surgeons are very capable and friendly. I have had 3 procedures by Dr Sashin Vaidya he is caring and friendly. He's a great surgeon."
"I highly recommend this practice, the reception staff have a high work load but always find time to be professional friendly. I was referred to this clinic via Dr Shawn O'Donnell to see Dr. Romuald Czechowiez. On consultation Dr. Czechowiez very quickly and accurately found a considerably dangerous spot which he immediately addressed, I personally hold these actions in high regard, the service is commendable!"
"front counter staff are rude. I’m all for wearing a mask but not happy about how rudely I was spoken to by the 2 counter ladys about putting my mask on. SHOULD MENTION- one of them had her mask hanging off her face- the other below her nose. Yet the cheek she had to tell me i have to “ squeeze” my mask on my nose so it was secure is beyond rude. Not friendly at all when asking for my details either. Staff at Fullerton much more friendly. The nurse setting up my treatment was a lot more friendly and approachable. Unfortunately Salisbury is my closest facility would much of preferred to finish my treatment elsewhere. The doctor I seen was great. To bad they can’t get some better front counter staff."
"Absolutely horrified with the staff here. If I could have given a lower review than 1 star i would lol. I’ve never in my life been treated so disgustingly. I never get a hello or a goodbye and I am always left awkwardly waiting at the desk unsure whether to sit down or not when I go into their clinic. I’m always left feeling like such an inconvenience to them. Every time I ask a question it’s as if i’ve requested their first born child. I am quite a timid person and will always refuse to stick up for myself but i’ve had to call them out because the receptionists refused to acknowledge that they were wrong about my upcoming appointments and begun to raise their voice at me until I proved her wrong- I still never got an apology. Unfortunately I have another five weeks (15 sessions of UV). Wish me luck ugh."
"Absolutely disgusting that they now won’t treat my severe psoriasis in the uv machine because I’m not vaccinated. The reasoning behind this was that if I have covid and go into the machine for treatment the heat from the lights ‘might’ store the virus for 3-4 days so there’s a very small chance someone ‘might’ catch it. But it’s ok for a vaccinated patient to do exactly that? Just doesn’t make any sense! So now the only treatment that works on my skin is not an option and I have to be in pain."
