Welcome to Centacare Catholic Family Services, located at 33 Carey Street in Salisbury, Australia. As an establishment and health point of interest, we are dedicated to providing support and assistance to individuals and families in need.

At Centacare, we firmly believe that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their circumstances or challenges they may face. Each year, we assist over 20,000 people through our community services in both metropolitan and regional South Australia. Our client-focused approach is guided by a strong ethical framework rooted in the values and principles of Catholic Social Teaching.

Our vision is to create safe and nurturing homes for families, children, and young people within the community. We work closely with families to identify their strengths, address challenges, and build confidence. If you have an NDIS plan, we can help you bring it to life by offering a range of disability and psychosocial supports. Our dedicated team will work with you to map out your NDIS journey and help you achieve your goals.

One of our primary focuses is supporting women and children who have experienced domestic and family violence. We provide essential services such as accommodation, outreach programs, case management, counseling, and crisis support to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness due to these circumstances.

Additionally, Centacare offers various services to individuals and families seeking support with drug and alcohol use, mental health issues, and maintaining connections to education and employment.

We deeply value Aboriginal culture and its significance in our past, present, and future. We are committed to walking in partnership with all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, fostering reconciliation and mutual respect.

Our goal is to empower young people with a sense of purpose, hope, and fulfillment. Our accommodation and support services specifically target youth homelessness, young families, at-risk mothers and children, as well as mental health and HIV services.

We also work in partnership with individuals, families, and children to provide sustainable parenting and relationship support. Whether it's through playgroups, specialist children's counseling, family dispute resolution, chaplaincy support, or pre-marriage education, our services are tailored to meet your personal needs.
