"Super noisy apartment hotel. The room was very tired and smelt funky as there is an oven and stovetop in the sleeping space. The air-conditioning sounded like it was falling apart, but even with it switched off the background noise in the room and from the window, don't make for a good sleep. This is definitely a place of last resort when everything else is booked out. The light switch in the bathroom was a hazard and poorly attached to the wall so you could see into the wall cavity behind. The only good thing about my experience was the lovely people at the check-in desk who were very friendly."
"The front male staff was not respectful, he needs to learn how to speak with the incoming customer. I visited on 13th May @2:30PM, to complete the booking which was initiated over the phone. I visited the counter the staff was rude, never showed respect, we (4 guests) were about to book but watching his behaviour, we left without booking and went to Kingston (Adina) which was good, customer services was 10/10, we were satisfied with the service."
"Convenient location. Pool was not heated enough. Cold water. Disappointed about it. Wanted to book a place with a pool as per the request from the kid. But she couldn’t stay in the pool for a long as the water was cold. Sofa bed mattress was in poor quality. Hard to sleep on it."
"The price is good with relation to location. The odd was bathroom didn’t have lock - the lock was damaged. I was not there with my partner or kids - so should be expecting bathroom with lock. Booked the apartment room - it was good overall. Wifi is not so good - poor speed. Kitchen was neat and clean - all the kitchen stuffs were pretty good and in mint condition."
"The location is fantastic to be able to walk to everything. There is a lot of traffic noise in the rooms late at night and the hotel decor is quite dated, lots of marks on the walls and not a lot of love in the overall furniture. When I walked onto the balcony there was significant noise in the glass and cracking in the exterior. I'd probably not return to this one if given a choice"
