"Our worst stay ever in Australia. This is not 4 star hotel, more like 2 star motel and not for 150aud. The room was stinky, you cant open windows, furniture was from 70s, bathroom not clean and mouldy, noise from the elevator every 30sec. Very very bad. No parking, even though we booked it. Would not recommend at all, better to find something else."
"Was checked in for about 4 hours when it started raining heavily, the room was leaking through the tops of the windows, through the sprinklers and lights into the bedroom and lounge area, onto the bed, tv, telephone and power outlets. Reception was helpful in trying to remedy the situation in offering another room, however this should never have been an issue in the first place. Other patrons were in the lobby with the same problem."
