"After waiting several days for a prescription medication to be ordered, I was phoned to say the item had arrived. When I noticed the expiration date on the box was May 2022 I was assured the TGA had extended the date until Nov 26 2022. The problem is that this would have only given me 3 weeks use of the product which was quite expensive as it is not covered by the PBS. I was not made aware of this issue when I was called to say the product was ready to be collected, nor did the pharmacist even apologise to me. Indeed, he did little more than shrug his shoulders and look bewildered. I went out of my way to shop at this pharmacy. I won't be doing so again."
"Been going here for a while and this is the best Chemist I've been to. All the Staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating, without a doubt the best customer service I've experienced. Which is the polar opposite to the poor service I received at Capital Chemist Isabella Plains. Special mention to Lachlan, who is always polite and spends time with you to discuss your requirements, ensures that you have everything you need and that you understand the products you are purchasing."
