"I had a great experience at OfficeWorks Tuggeranong! The store was well lit, making it easy to find everything I needed. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent assistance throughout my visit. The undercover parking is also a huge plus. Great place to go for your office supplies!"

"Well.. I've given them a few goes but from now on I'll be bypassing this store and going to other office works locations or other stores. Printers and machines broken, can't deliver to services they have advertised as "machine broken". And the staff that I've come across just really not that friendly or happy."

"I've never had a good nor bad experience here; it's just an office works. But I had a bit of trouble at the Tuggeranong store today at the self serve kiosk. The receipt didn't print and it double charged me, and I had to ask the lady, Bec, at the counter for help, but the line was huge. I waited patiently as I watched her serve at least 10 customers by herself, with more coming into the line. An older lady started having a go at her, but her professionally and patience was lovely. A few other servers came by to help but left shorty after, even though she was there struggling to keep up with everyone. She helped me as best she could, and after an hour of me waiting in line a couple times to ask about my problem for refunds and receipts and printing, etc, she helped me every single time with a smile on her face, despite it clearly being a hectic day. I think she did amazing from my experience; she was the only one out of the 4 people I asked who could actually help me with my problem. Her customer service was wonderful, and despite my problems at the kiosk, I will happily go back if most of your servers are like her. With that said, I really don't think you should just have 1 person on the copy & print section when the line is non-stop. If there was another person who would've helped me with my problem instead of waiting in line, my problem could've been solved in 5 minutes instead of 60."

"Tuggeranong officework is totally waste of time and money. Very unprofessional staff. We ordered poster and received a text message that order is ready to pickup but when we visited there, they said it is lost somewhere and come back in one hour, they will print it again. After 3 hours, when we go back, the poster was still not ready and they start making excuses that you come early then what you have been told. They said wait for 15-20 minutes but after 30 minutes the guy come to us and said wait for another 15-20 minutes. Really disappointed service."

"Officeworks Tuggeranong / Greenway - never go there. Especially if you have to deal with two men Mohit and especially Siva. (I have been going to Officeworks for as long as I could remember and always had good experience). I am reporting this place of business as appalling, irresponsible, misleading and engages with intimidation. I purchased a desk. The top was broken. 1) They said “we don’t know” if it was broken at the store. In other words, they are accusing me of breaking it. This was someone called Siva. He raised his voice to me and kept interjecting. 2) They ordered me to disassemble the legs which I have put together at home and return the whole unit to the store even after I told them I had a back problem. The top was broken and only the top needed to be replaced. 3) Someone called Mohit laughed at me. Laughing and saying, “call your friends or neighbours to help you carry”. 4) After some time being humiliated, Siva then said he would pick up the item from my house after saying he was “just” doing me a favour. Siva from Greenway asserted he would pick up the item but the legs must be disassembled. And I would need to pick up the new desk at the Greenway store. Said he could pick up the broken item and return to Greenway store but I need to pick up from Greenway store if I paid $50 delivery fee - I live less than 100metres away. Non honouring of ACCC standards as I checked with ACCC, also reported them to Access Canberra - in addition to their conduct as persons - it may be good for other people who have received the same treatment to also make reports to ACCC and Access Canberra. So from dealing with them: a). I was insulted, laughed at, humiliated. One of them was raising his voice, aggressive facial expressions. b). Will be short $50 for delivery fee to replace the broken item that they sold. c). I also live in a shared space - this is going to have an impact on the harmony of the household due to Officeworks’ damaged goods lying around. With that said, the Fyshwick store stepped in - they were nothing but respectful, attentive and professional. Kudos to Cody and his hands on deck wholesome team."
