"Great range, prices okay. Unfortunately, the lady was unfriendly and unapologetic when wrong was price charged. Nevertheless, lots and lots of choices, they even stock flea treatment for cats."
"Absolutely unhappy and disgusted about paying a transaction fee when not paying cash. There is a teeny weeny sign near the tap n go machine about the fee but this sign should be large enough so that people can make a conscious decision on how to pay their bill. It’s a pity the government hasn’t legislated to protect the public from these rip off merchants."
"This Pharmacy is now charging a 33 cent surcharge fee on all purchases. This is just a rip off to the consumer, we pay taxes, GST, cost of the item, then slug you with another fee."
"Beware of this pharmacy, whilst Michael is lovely he repeatedly stuffed my Webster packs causing me all kinds of problems. I forgave him multiple times and warned him it wasn't good enough, vulnerable customers are at risk of taking the wrong medicines with potential dire consequences. Since leaving and checking all my scripts it's apparent I was being supplied my medications without processing of my scripts. I witnessed inappropriate relations between superiors and the staff they supervise in the carpark and they were often behind closed doors when staff would go looking for them. Michael was off sick, I said I just needed the script in hand, if the pack wasnt ready I could come back tomorrow. Whilst sitting a lady near me asked me how long I'd been waiting, it was 30mins and she 20min we both were told 15 min. She was getting a bit restless, stating she comes there as they order her meds. We both noted that none of the approx 15-20 pharmacy baskets had cleared. The lady said the previous small pharmacy across from the mall were much better, I never went there. The sub pharmacist was had a conversations with one lady and another came and asked about some over the counter meds and was asked to wait and 1-2 min later the pharmacist came to speak with her, these 2 conversations totalled about 20min. I was called over a told the pack didn't have one of the meds in that was S8 so needs to be kept locked up, I said I was happy to come back tomorrow, but needed the other one as I was due a dose and had been there half an hour. The lady who had been nearby was speaking with someone and sounded upset, it was clear they had not ordered her medication and she left upset. A young brunette female staff member walked from that end and stopped at the young blonde female staff member, laughed indicated in the direction of the lady who was upset and went to walk off. I called them on it and asked if they thought it was funny to laugh at an upset customer? The brunette said she was telling her she was going down the front, the laughing and gesturing didn't suggest this at all. I also expressed my dissatisfaction about how long I had been waiting for a pack I could get another day and the delay in the processing of scripts when the pharmacist spent 20 min with 2 customers. Yes everyone deserves to get the care and service they need, but in order not as soon as they arrive. The blonde was very mouthy about all of this, but I know what I saw, also explain don't become aggressive with customers because we as a collective are the reason they work, the title CUSTOMER SERVICE gives it away. Anyway the pharmacist tried to stop her escalating things and that did nothing I took my script and left. Blondie was sure to glare me down the next day like she held some power in relation to me, oh life has alot to teach you. Michael approached me like a stranger and asked how he could he help me, for context every Friday he would greet me warmly, ask how I was and know why I was there and many of my meds since the store opened. I asked why he was treating me like he has never met me or he doesn't know what I want, he said is something wrong and I responded clearly he heard something and I assumed I was wrong, so there was no point in saying anything. I asked for all my meds and scripts, he gathered these and I checked the meds in my remaining packs and paid the outstanding amount. At no point did he try to resolve this or entertain my point of view, he only stone walled the situation, probably because his errors are numerous and he knows this. I'm not the only customer that walked that day, I also reached out via the contact link to speak to the owner who never contacted me and it's been 3 weeks. So if they value critical and repeated errors that place customers at risk, inappropriate relationships (at least it's visibility in the store), staff who openly mock customers and mouthy young girls, then it's not a place Im willing to trust and attend weekly, but no loss, not for me anyway. Thanks for a substandard and risky level of care."
"Went in for a perfume. Smelled samples and i Like azzaro by nighy and the sales assistant gave me the box. I bought it however when i opened it it was different perfume. Went back in the sales assistant called her manager. Manager is expression less, does not say hi sorry or anything. Explained everything she says okay and takes me to the register. Says no words. I asked when the other perfume that i chose will come- she replied not sure. Thats all. The manager has absolutely zero customer service quality. Absolutely terrible. I was so happy for this chemist to be opened but the customer service has made me not wanting to go in. May be because i am a woman of color? English is not my first language- she doesnot have decency to address me or acknowledge the mistake."
